WEEK #1
Did you know that your brain is more powerful than all of the iPhones in the world combined?
If decisions are choices…and our thinking dictates our decisions - then we are exactly where we are because of our own thinking.
Your brain is a problem solving device, it does not care about how you feel, it only cares about your survival and keeping your safe! This is why our species has survived for millions of years.
By the end of this week you will have a better understanding of the true power of your mind and how to change the way you think in order to change your future decisions.
WEEK #2
Did you know that 95% of your personality was formed from the ages of 0-6?
We were all raised by flawed people within a flawed society.
The majority of people are spending their life stressing over events that were never even in their control in the first place.
By the end of this week you will understand that although you did not have a choice who raised you or what their beliefs were you can decide where you go from here.
WEEK #3
Have you defined happiness for yourself or has happiness been defined for you?
The world is full of people that unsuccessfully try to solve their internal problems with external solutions.
The outside world and how susceptible you are to its influence will always be in direct correlation to how clear you are with yourself.
By the end of this week you will realize that your happiness is your choice, it is not a result. Nothing outside of you will make you happy until YOU choose to be happy.
WEEK #4
Do you actually know what matters to you?
Your values are the principles you live by. Your values act as your filtration system for every single decision you make throughout your entire life.
If you do not take the time to define what matters most to you, the world will gladly step in and do that for you.
By the end of this week you will understand that we live in a constant on the go hustle society, and that If you do not take the time to define your values, you will not know when to shut off because you never know if you are actually making any progress.
WEEK #5
Do you hesitate taking action because you don't feel qualified?
Imposter syndrome is a psychological pattern in which an individual doubts their skills, talents, or accomplishments and has a persistent internalized pear of being exposed as an impostor.
It is totally normal and to be expected to feel a level of imposter syndrome.
By the end of this week you will learn how to combat imposter syndrome through a tactical 5 step process and the power of community taking action together.
WEEK #6
Is asking for help a strength or weakness?
Strength is found in the willingness and ability to be vulnerable.
If you are being completely honest with yourself, are the people you spend the most time with challenging you to become better or are they keeping you comfortable exactly where you are?
By the end of this week you will understand that you become most like who you choose to surround yourself with. Energy is contagious, and we must choose carefully. Your environment will become you.
WEEK #7
Are you actually open to learning new things?
If ego tells us that we are better than we actually are then we will never be open to learning and experiencing new things.
The ego keeps you locked away in your own little world, separated from the present moment. It is that little voice inside of you that is the source of so much worry, anxiety, and suffering.
By the end of this week you will realize that the first step in learning and experiencing anything new is understanding how much you do not know, and realizing the power in that.
WEEK #8
How vulnerable are you really willing to be?
Humility is the realization that if we ignore the seemingly negative feedback simply to protect our ego, we can never learn to improve.
By the end of this week you will understand that vulnerability creates a space for others to be vulnerable. Someone has to be the leader in order to start a chain reaction, why shouldn’t that person be you?
WEEK #9
Are you living in chaos?
Most people are living their life completely reactive to whatever situations arise throughout their day because they are not going to bed with a plan for the day ahead.
Everyone thinks they will find time to do the things they know they should be doing, like it is hidden somewhere underneath the bed next to your ab roller. You will never find time, you need to make time.
By the end of this week you will understand that you will never fix a problem that you do not think you have. You will be blown away when you realize how much of your valuable time you are wasting each and every day by living reactively to your own emotions and outside circumstances.
WEEK #10
Do you see yourself as a leader?
Leadership is influence. The more you choose to invest in yourself the more that you will become a better influence for the people around you.
The greatest risk you can take in life is trying to do it all on your own.
By the end of this week you will realize that it is time to finally stop waiting for someone else to be the leader that you think you need, and that you will always be the smartest person for yourself.
